Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Business Analyst 

Business: Data & Analytics

Job Purpose:

'Business Analyst works with the Data Analysts, Data Scientists and vendor partners to create technical and functional specifications for underlying business requirements. 

The Analyst ensures that the solutions provided for underlying business requirements are aligned to high-level business and Data & Analytics outcomes. The Analyst also co-ordinates and ensures complete understanding of business requirements and other hand-offs with business/Analytics team

Roles & Responsibilities:

'- Develop a test strategy and systematic test procedures to verify and ensure that solution meets its design specifications 

- Displays the ability to approach existing situations and problems in a new manner and creates innovative solutions

- Challenges the status quo to bring about continuous improvement in performance, drives changes that would have a positive impact on the organization

- Works to achieve goals and objectives and shows a strong drive to follow through and complete what was started. 

- Solid understanding of data and fields required for analysis

- Has an innate orientation to be aware of how one contributes to the larger vision of the Bank 

- Develop a robust and coherent data strategy and support architectures, policies, practices and procedures that enable the Bank to manage and utilise data in an effective manner. 

- Develop, select and apply algorithms and advanced analytical methods to enable systems to learn, improve, adapt and produce desired outcomes or tasks

• Analytical tools 
• Business cases and data analysed

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Experience Range: 2 to 5 years
