We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our team Commercial Analytics team. The mission for the team is to provide analytical and reporting support to Investment Management business stakeholders, including sales distribution, finance, client engagement, and marketing teams. This entails the end-to-end management of the data and reporting process. The role requires the ability to work through tight deadlines and solution problems independently. The ideal candidate can think through problems and challenge existing approaches when necessary to improve results and efficiency of team deliverables. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Prepare the intra group business reports
  • Develop and enhance working relationship with IA, Broadridge, Strategic Insight, Financial Clarity and Pridham.
  • Maintain data quality and controls.
  • Enhance our understanding of client/product trends and profitability.
  • Ad hoc project work with various stakeholders across the business.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Graduate/post-graduate with 5-8 years relevant experience of business intelligence or business analysis, preferably within asset management.
  • Should have experience in data and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, Sigma
