Company Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Warranty and Services Expert (f/m/x) to join our Financing & Value-Added Services Team, that is responsible for financing, insurances and aftersales services for all the 9 markets where Autohero is currently operating. Your role will consist in optimizing our existing warranty and services sales offering, ensuring best-in-class operational performance and taking part in the development of new services to ever better serve Autohero customers needs.

Position within the company and managerial responsibilities: In addition to working in close collaboration with our Product, Finance, tech and Marketing teams based in Berlin headquarters, you will have regular contacts with local management from our 9 european subsidiaries.

Job Description

  • Use your previous experience and skills to review, challenge, and ultimately improve existing processes and products, leverage technology and data decreasing costs while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction, and ensure best practices are known and shared between all our local entities in Europe
  • Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management in a high-functioning team environment
  • Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance and external partners for future project rollouts
  • Turn our extended warranty and maintenance subscription program into true  powerhouses: set up financial targets and planning infrastructure, implement cost-controlling procedures, designing training materials, optimize product content and increase revenue through targeted revenue management & renewal initiatives

Qualifications

  • Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale. Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics.You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule
  • Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably working for a recognized insurer or OEM captive, ideally in an international context
  • Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme  
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
