Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is a world leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of focal plane arrays and flight-based vision systems supporting a myriad of defense, surveillance, space, and weather tracking applications. We have an immediate opportunity for a Manufacturing Execution System Analyst to join our team in Goleta, California.
What You Will Do
- Analyze manufacturing business processes and convert operational requirements into scalable Eyelit MES models and workflows.
- Translate manufacturing requirements provided by manufacturing engineering into the MES model.
- Configure and maintain product routings, manufacturing operations, resource models, equipment models, process parameters, quality checkpoints, defect tracking, and material genealogy within Eyelit.
- Support new product introductions, engineering change implementations, and manufacturing process updates within the MES modelling environment.
- Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend opportunities to improve standardization, traceability, and data integrity.
- Develop standard work, documentation, training materials, and user guidance supporting MES functionality.
- Participate in digital manufacturing initiatives supporting factory modernization and operational excellence.
- Promote standardized modeling practices and governance across multiple manufacturing areas.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience working directly with manufacturing organizations in a production environment.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience implementing MES solutions within semiconductors or other high-technology manufacturing environments.
- Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments requires strict process control and traceability.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
