Description
As a Business Analyst within the People Systems team, you’ll play a central role in translating business requirements into clear, solutions that improve the employee experience and support the People team, our employees and leaders globally. Working across People, Technology and third-party partners, you’ll help simplify processes, enhance the employee experience and support the People Systems growth within DAZN.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the People team and wider business to understand their needs, challenges and objectives, and identify opportunities to improve People processes and ways of working.
- Review and understand current People processes to identify opportunities to simplify, improve efficiency, enhance the employee experience and reduce manual activity.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical solutions that meet the needs of the People team and wider organisation.
- Develop clear process maps, user stories, workflows and supporting documentation to help define and communicate proposed changes.
- Work closely with People Systems Analysts and Technology teams to support the delivery of improvements to People processes and systems.
- Support the resolution of system and process issues by understanding the underlying business need and working with relevant teams to identify appropriate solutions.
- Support People system improvements and new functionality from initial discovery and requirements through to implementation and post-implementation review.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of People processes, requirements and agreed ways of working.
- Work with external vendors and implementation partners where required to support the delivery of People-related improvements.
- Support the ongoing quality, consistency and governance of People data and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve self-service, reporting, automation and the overall experience for employees, managers and the People team.
- Contribute to the People Systems roadmap and continuous improvement programme, working closely with the Head of People Systems to prioritise improvements that support business and People objectives.
What You'll Bring:
• HR/People experience: Proven experience working within HR/People, with a strong understanding of core People processes and the employee lifecycle, ideally within an HR Operations, HRIS or People Transformation environment.
• People Systems experience: Hands-on experience working with People systems, with the ability to understand how systems support business processes, identify improvements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Business analysis & process improvement: Experience gathering and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, analysing and improving People processes, and identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working, reduce manual activity and enhance the employee experience.
• Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with People teams, wider business stakeholders and Technology teams.
• Change & delivery: Experience supporting People systems changes, improvements or transformation initiatives from discovery and requirements through to implementation and review, including working with external vendors or implementation partners where required.
• Approach: Highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with a collaborative and continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Desirable: Experience with the technical aspects of business applications, including system integrations, data flows, configuration, APIs or similar, as well as experience with People platforms and People data governance.
