Full description
Are you passionate about making everyday work smoother, faster, and more collaborative? We’re looking for a user-focused Product Manager to own and evolve our suite of Digital Workplace and Productivity tools.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our people and our technology. Rather than building custom code from scratch, you'll focus on how Mosaic actually works, identifying friction points, and configuring smart, practical solutions using the modern tools our teams rely on daily. You’ll own the front-end user experience, vendor roadmaps, and adoption strategy—ensuring our workforce gets the absolute most out of our technology investment.
What You’ll Do
• Be the Voice of the User: Connect directly with teams across Mosaic to uncover daily pain points, workflow gaps, and hidden opportunities where our productivity stack can help.
• Own the Toolset: Drive business-facing configuration, templates, and adoption for applications including Google Workspace, Miro, Canva, Smartsheet, and our virtual workspace (transitioning from Citrix to Cameyo).
• Build Practical Solutions: Partner directly with business units to design lightweight, scalable solutions—such as Smartsheet workflows, shared Google setups, and standard Miro/Canva templates.
• Manage the Roadmap & Backlog: Maintain a clear, prioritized product board. Evaluate new vendor features, decide what and when to adopt, and keep stakeholders updated on progress and release timelines.
• Drive Adoption & Change: Partner with L&D and Communications to deliver engaging training, write clear update announcements, and build a network of power users across Mosaic.
• Collaborate with IT: Focus on front-end experience and user productivity while seamlessly handing off infrastructure, security, identity, and licensing to our IT System Admins.
Qualifications
What You Bring
• Experience: 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, application management, or a similar digital workplace role.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing tools like Google Workspace (and Google Scripting), Smartsheet, and Jotform.
• Product Mindset: Strong knack for user-centric design, critical thinking, systems analysis, and managing a single prioritized backlog.
• Communication & Change Savvy: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of guiding non-technical teams through tool adoption across multiple locations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
• Certified Product Owner / Product Manager (e.g., CSPO or SAFe POPM).
Why Mosaic?
