Full description
We're seeking a Project Engineer to support data center construction for one of our client's mission critical project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage RFI workflow from origination through resolution across mechanical, electrical, and architectural scopes
- Track submittal logs and drive timely approvals to protect procurement and installation schedules
- Prepare RFQ packages and coordinate vendor responses with project management and estimating
- Conduct QC inspections in the field and document progress against design intent
- Organize closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of construction project engineering experience on commercial or industrial builds
- Prior exposure to data center or mission critical projects strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning sequencing
- Strong document control discipline across submittals, RFIs, and change management
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction management platforms
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Clear written communication for owner, subcontractor, and design team correspondence
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
