Salesforce Business Analyst – State Agency – $67/hr W2 – Phoenix, Mostly Remote - 6 Months

SunSoftOnline is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for an Arizona state agency.

Requirements before applying: Phoenix metro residency with your city on your resume

· U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship

· W2 only, no C2C

· travel to different locations within Arizona is required.

REQUIRED:

  • Salesforce experience, with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
  • Azure DevOps or Jira
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years on Salesforce
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred: managing large case management systems

· Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

The work: collaborating with business units to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements. Translating business needs into functional specifications and working with developers. Serving as liaison between IT and business stakeholders. Performing gap analysis and identifying process improvements. Supporting configuration and testing of objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Developing process flows, data maps, and documentation. Conducting user training and supporting change management.
