プロジェクト全体を統括しながら、日本の顧客とグローバ (Offshore）チームの橋渡しを担う役割です。

具体的には、プロジェクトマネジメントに加え、顧客との関係構築・要件調整 Offshoreチームへの要件伝達・進行管理 日本向け運用設計サポート・ローカライズといった業務を担い、プロジェクト成功に向けた中心的な役割を担います。

  • 多様なステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、合意形成をリードできる方
  • チームを主体的にリードし、プロジェクトを最後までやり切る責任感を有する方
  • 変化の多い環境においても柔軟に対応し、自ら課題解決に取り組める方

Requirements

【必須条件】

  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験（3年以上）
  • 複数のステークホルダー（顧客・社内・Offshore）との調整・推進経験
  • 課題管理・進捗管理・品質管理の実務経験

【歓迎条件】

  • オンサイト／オフショアモデルでのプロジェクト推進経験
  • 教育分野におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 多言語・多国籍環境における業務経験（日本と海外チーム間の調整経験）

【英語要件】

主に以下の場面で使用します：

  • Offshoreチームとのメール・チャットによる日常的なやり取り
  • プロジェクト会議における要件説明および認識合わせ
