Summary:
We are looking for an E2E Technical Project Manager to support a telecom infrastructure project in Ukraine. The role involves coordinating customer-facing activities, managing interactions between multiple stakeholders, supporting acceptance testing and deployment activities, and ensuring successful project execution across customer sites and telecom infrastructure environments.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized and able to travel when required
- Must be allowed to work from the office in Kyiv and travel across Ukraine when needed
- Strong telecom knowledge, including telecom infrastructure expertise
- Experience working with end-to-end (E2E) telecom solutions and service delivery
- Understanding of telecom solution design and architecture
- Experience with Fixed IMS networks and services
- Experience with PaCo (Parameter Configuration) processes and coordination activities
- Knowledge of Quality of Service (QoS) management, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs and service performance metrics
- Ability to coordinate activities across customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and external authorities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end telecom project delivery activities.
- Travel across Ukraine as required to support customer meetings, project coordination, deployment, testing, and acceptance activities.
- Act as the primary interface between the customer, subcontractors, engineering teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate acceptance testing, including Legal Interception (LI) and metrology certification activities with third parties and authorities.
- Support solution deployment and provide on-site coordination during critical project phases and emergency situations.
- Support activities related to Fixed IMS, PaCo, solution design, Quality of Service (QoS), KPI monitoring, and service performance management.
- Participate in customer, authority, and military stakeholder meetings in compliance with applicable security requirements and NDAs.
- Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
