Audio Visual IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a Level 2 AV / IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support across three buildings in New York. This role has a strong AV and events-driven component, supporting conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and live meeting environments, while also providing end-user IT support.

This position is well-suited for someone comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility environments where meetings and events are a key part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities· Provide Level 2 onsite support for AV and IT systems

· Support and troubleshoot conference rooms and event spaces (video, audio, displays, cameras)

· Provide real-time support for meetings, executive sessions, and events

· Perform proactive room checks and readiness support ahead of scheduled meetings

· Deliver hands-on end-user IT support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, connectivity)

· Float between three local buildings based on business needs

· Escalate complex issues and document resolutions

Experience Required Required Experience

· 3+ years of experience in AV, IT, or a hybrid AV/IT support role

· Experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies

· Comfortable supporting live meetings and event-driven environments

· Solid understanding of end-user computing environments

· Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice to Have

· Mobile phone and device support experience

· Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or similar

Compensation starting at $75,000/year
