PROJECT
You will manage a portfolio of existing projects and lead the initiation of new ones across different domains. Current teams consist of experienced professionals already engaged with customers, and the department has ambitious expansion plans. Projects vary in scope and require expertise in multiple methodologies.
Job Description
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget
- Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio
- Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth
- Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
- Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development
- Coordinate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
- Resolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture
- Utilize project management tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
- Experience with public sector or government projects
- Experience with fixed-price projects
- Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strong risk management, planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Microsoft tools)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage complexity
- Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
