Experience Without Limits Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

Lead the team. Own the work. Make big experiences happen.

At Jack Morton, we create brand experiences that people remember—and we're looking for a Project Management Manager – Experiential & Events to help lead the team behind them.

Based in Addison, you'll lead a talented Project Management team while staying hands-on with some of our most complex and fast-moving experiential and event programs.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both sides of project leadership: developing great people and getting into the details when the work demands it.

You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, and global teams to turn ambitious ideas into experiences that are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

If you're energized by complicated projects, tight timelines, talented teams, and the occasional "we need to figure this out" moment, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

Lead projects that are anything but ordinary

You'll be both a people leader and hands-on project leader, taking ownership of key programs from kickoff through execution and closeout.

  • Lead the delivery of complex experiential marketing, event, exhibit, and production projects
  • Guide Project Managers through planning, execution, problem-solving, and closeout
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to make sure scopes, work orders, timelines, and project details are aligned from the start
  • Review critical project elements including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings
  • Anticipate issues before they become show-day problems
  • Keep teams focused on priorities, deadlines, quality, and client expectations

Make the way we work better

Great project managers don't just deliver projects—they figure out how to deliver the next one better.

You'll help strengthen the systems and processes behind our work by:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve project management tools, processes, and workflows
  • Championing consistent project management practices and global standards
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to share ideas and elevate best practices
  • Participating in production and cross-functional meetings to keep teams aligned
  • Supporting estimating and helping maintain the financial health of projects
  • Finding smarter ways to improve efficiency without compromising the client experience

What You'll Bring

You don't need to have followed one specific career path. We're looking for someone who understands how complex experiential projects actually get done and knows how to bring people together to make them happen.

You have:

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, production, or a related environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing project managers or project teams
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong understanding of event production, logistics, and execution
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • The confidence to work across Sales, Creative, Operations, Production, and other teams
  • Experience with budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reconciliation
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—you see problems coming and start working on the solution
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive when things change
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to have real influence.

You'll have a hand in the work, a voice in how the team operates, and the opportunity to develop the next generation of project leaders.

You'll work on projects where the timelines are real, the stakes are high, and the finished product is something people actually experience.

You won't just manage projects. You'll help shape how Jack Morton delivers them.

If you're an experienced experiential or event project leader who loves big challenges, great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into reality, we'd love to meet you.
