Execute complex capital projects for internal and external electronics industry customers. Lead project progress and risk evaluation throughout all phases of project delivery. Develop project scope changes for approval, then implement. Track project progress to plan and communicate project status and performance to internal and external Stakeholders. Proactively seek opportunities to improve project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, and safely execute assigned capital projects to project baselines at internal and external Electronics customer sites.
  • Manage project progress and risk mitigation during all phases of assigned projects including: funding, design, procurement, installation, turnover, closeout, and capitalization. Create & present monthly project status reports and chair monthly project steering team meetings.
  • Collaborate with operations and customers to plan and integrate projects into existing operations. Ensure completion of all project deliverables and safely transition projects to the Facility Manager.
  • Represent Air Liquide to local code officials and coordinate construction permits, inspections, the Authority(s) Having Jurisdiction.
  • Ensure all project-related OSHA-PSM and EPA-RMP requirements are identified and completed to plan.
  • Manage relationships with project Customers, vendors, and project resources to streamline project implementation activities. Conduct customer-facing project reviews and status updates to ensure customer satisfaction. Champion, plan, and implement customer change orders and project scope changes.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned activities to identify project program opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate and contribute to new project development activities when needed. Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Project Development teams to develop and & optimize project solutions and Project Execution Plans.

Required Qualifications

  • BS Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years Project Mgt. Experience 
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership Ability.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in the industrial gas industry
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification
  • Experience With Electronic Specialty Gas (ESG), Carrier Gas (CG), Wet Chemical Systems
  • Experience In A PSM/RMP Environment
