Full description

As a Trading Services Analyst in Trading Services Operations, you will support daily control processes that validate trading positions and market data, investigate breaks across the trade lifecycle, and deliver process improvements through automation. You will partner with stakeholders across trading, operations, and technology to resolve queries, enhance controls, and contribute to operational initiatives. This role is based in Argentina.

Job responsibilities

  • Upload market data to designated risk management systems in a timely and controlled manner.
  • Perform reconciliations against approved market sources to validate data completeness and accuracy.
  • Execute control reconciliations to confirm trading positions are accurate across front office, middle office, and back office records.
  • Investigate reconciliation breaks and settlement or confirmation queries, and deliver clear, traceable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to resolve trade lifecycle issues and prevent recurring breaks.
  • Produce and maintain management statistics and routine reporting for operational oversight.
  • Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen accuracy and reduce risk.
  • Support operations projects, including new initiatives and system implementations.
  • Contribute to automation and process re-engineering efforts to streamline workflows and improve scalability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience performing reconciliations, exception management, or control checks in an operations, risk, or trade support environment
  • Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and document solutions clearly and consistently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and improve processes
  • Strong understanding of process flows and the ability to map how data moves between systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and operational reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services operations, including settlements, confirmations, or trade lifecycle support
  • Experience supporting market data processes and risk management systems
  • Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate operational workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Economics or Industrial Engineering
