About the role

The Data Integrity Analyst II supports internal and external strategic clients by ensuring data remains accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its life cycle while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare privacy and compliance standards. The analyst develops viable, real-world solutions in a complex landscape, providing actionable insights into trends and patterns. By utilizing well-rounded data management experience, the position implements systems that retrieve and verify information from trusted sources to ground AI-driven insights in fact. The role engages in requirements elicitation, design, and iterative prototyping, utilizing various visualization and database platforms to deliver secure, dependable data solutions. Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

Requirements Gathering and Communication

• Engage and partner with internal stakeholders and project managers to elicit and document functional and technical requirements

• Provide recommendations where requirements aren’t clearly defined/known

Design & Development

• Utilize various approaches and technologies to gather and prepare data including query development (SQL Server, Snowflake)

• Perform Data analysis and design reports, dashboards and visualizations that will enforce data quality rules and initiatives

• Conduct audits, validate data, and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality data standards

• Extract insights from the vast amount of collected data through statistical and analytical techniques that detect patterns and trends

• Establishing KPIs to measure the completeness, validity and timeliness of data submitted by outside sources

• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, such as cleaning up inaccurate data

• Fine-tune AI/ML/LLM models, building RAG systems, prompt engineering, data preparation, and implementing safety measures (hallucination management).

• Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and automate tasks related to Data Quality efforts.

Testing

• Perform rigorous unit testing and coordinate UAT where applicable to help ensure quality data products are delivered

Deployment and Support

• Partner with development operations to deploy data integrity solutions that will maintain the highest quality data used by our external clients

• Develop end user and/or technical documentation/training materials/team cross-training

• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience (advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance or related field preferred)

• Experience: 3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience

• 5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field

• Ability to understand and manipulate data into usable, actionable information with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) into production, combining software engineering with AI expertise

• Expert with SQL or similar relational databases

• Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is strongly preferred

• Strong written and oral communication skills
