We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager Team Lead to help shape the future of our cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both operational security and software development. In addition, you will lead and manage the existing Product team, driving collaboration, prioritization, and successful execution of the product roadmap. As a team leader, you will guide a group of software developers and security researchers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of security, performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, including vulnerability researchers, penetration testers, and software developers, as the domain expert.

· Oversee the design and architecture of our cybersecurity solutions, including writing high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation.

· Conduct market research and engage with customers to ensure that product designs align with operational requirements and support go-to-market strategies.

· Develop and enforce operational security policies and mechanisms to guarantee the safety and integrity of our products in various operational environments.

· Deploy products across multiple environments, often remotely, while considering changing network and infrastructure requirements.

· Manage project timelines and objectives by collaborating closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, set deadlines, and deliver high-quality product releases.

· Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability research, operational security and penetration testing
  • 3+ years of experience either in team leading or similar roles
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to set milestones, manage projects, and provide clear visibility into progress.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, operational security best practices, and current industry tools.
  • Experience with software development and management, including agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and deliver impectful presentations.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption technologies
