We are seeking a creative and motivated Assistant Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers to create visually compelling graphics for various projects, including marketing materials, social media content, and internal communications. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design process, preparing files for print and digital use, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team in developing graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and presentations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
- Prepare and edit images, illustrations, and layouts using graphic design software.
- Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and understand design requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative capabilities.
- Relevant educational background in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
