What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Sr Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team. In this role, you’ll partner hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to orchestrate delivery, working through risks and dependencies so the team can get the work done, all while using metrics to proactively guide what comes next.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Enable engineering teams to deliver customer and business outcomes by facilitating an effective delivery system, supporting delivery cadence and release planning, and continuously improving the flow of value across the product lifecycle
- Partner with product and engineering to create clarity around priorities, outcomes, and dependencies while fostering healthy delivery practices that improve predictability and flow
- Proactively work through risks and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery on track, persisting through roadblocks and coaching teams to solve the problems that slow them down
- Own metrics reporting, turning delivery data into insights the team can learn from and act on
- Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting the team, communicate standards, and get buy-in on solutions
- Coach teams on agile principles and product development techniques, helping them feel ownership over their ceremonies and “build the right thing”
- Partner across the value stream, including crossover work with our global partners, to reduce complexity, reduce hand-offs, and continuously improve the delivery system

Who You Are
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience supporting technology teams
- Able to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities under time constraints
- Strong planning, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and present effectively
- Confident communicator who can present delivery priorities, status, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both technical and business partners
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience working within an enterprise data & analytics environment
- 6+ years of Agile team experience in any well-known engineering environment
- Strong delivery background partnering with engineering teams to keep work moving through risks and dependencies
