Overview
As a senior analyst, this individual provides comprehensive program managementoversight and strategic support. The role is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis ofcrossprogram activities, managing and mitigating risks, and ensuring that technical progress iseffectively translated and communicated to all stakeholders. This position requires a deepunderstanding of program management principles and the ability to integrate resources strategicallyto achieve mission outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and contributing to multiple program efforts by performing integrated analysis ofcost, schedule, risk, and contract performance to identify enterprise-level trends and conflicts.Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technicalprogress and issues into clear, concise reports for customers and senior leadership. Leadingthe development of strategic resource integration plans, capturing and validating resourcerequirements needed to achieve long-term program objectives.
- Conducting detailed analyses of multiple internal and external projects to identifyinterdependencies, risks, and conflicts, providing actionable recommendations to governmentprogram managers.
- Facilitating preparations for senior management reviews, including developing briefingmaterials, coaching presenters, and tracking pre-brief action items.
Required Qualifications
SENIOR LCAT:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.• Demonstrated experience in Program Management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).• Demonstrated experience supporting the full lifecycle of Major System Acquisitions withinthe DoW or IC.
SME LCAT:
Industry leader with exceptional expertise relevant to field, compliant with GSA standards.• At least 15 demonstrated experience providing business operations or program management support.• Demonstrated experience and provides strategic-level expertise and support to a large,complex DoW or IC organization.• Demonstrated experience with resource planning, and portfolio management.
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® or DAWIA Level II/III certification in ProgramManagement.• Demonstrated expertise with advanced functions of project management tools and techniques.• Direct experience with the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) mission or NGA.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.• Experience leading a Program-level process improvement initiative from conception tocompletion.• Expert-level understanding of agency-specific (e.g., NGA) policies, procedures, andorganizational dynamics.
