You Bring:

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in a business or technical environment.

• Strong planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on delivery environment.

• Completed Matric with English and Mathematics

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline.

• 2+ years' experience coordinating or managing projects.

• 1+ years’ experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• 1+ years’ experience in an information technology or information management environment.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.

• Manage project scope and escalate delivery concerns where appropriate.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain effective relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

• Gather, document and clarify business requirements.

• Coordinate communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate project activities, testing and implementation.

• Monitor project deliverables and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Support project reviews, handovers and close-out activities.

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk registers and business requirements.

• Ensure departmental documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Delivery Contribution

• Contribute to departmental initiatives through project, operational and delivery support activities as required.

• Support implementation, validation and other practical delivery activities to achieve departmental objectives.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with departmental governance, standards and organisational policies.

• Maintain appropriate project records and support audit requirements where applicable.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and departmental processes.

• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
