The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing training batch execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards. They also facilitate industry engagement, manage documentation, and support placement targets through effective coordination with internal teams.

Full description
· Ensure timely execution of training batches across training centres and monitor training schedules, attendance, batch progress, and completion rates.
· Ensure training delivery in alignment with project objectives & timelines with employability skills and job readiness requirements.
· Conduct classroom observations, training audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain training standards.
· Track learner progress, assessment results, and certification outcomes.
· Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
· Maintain training MIS, Internal system (LMS/Pulse) attendance records, and other relevant documentation and maintain proper documentation for monitoring, reporting, and audit purposes.
· Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on training progress and outcomes.
· Facilitate industry engagement including guest/expert sessions, exposure visits, and career readiness activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, placement, and partnership, marketing for effective project implementation and project visibility.
· Ensure delivery of standardised curriculum provided by NIIT Foundation and adapt training methods as required for local or sector-specific needs.
· Integrate digital tools, blended learning techniques, and interactive methodologies in training delivery.
· Support the placement team in achieving placement targets and track post-placement retention.
· Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, project requirements, and organizational policies.
Requirements
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
· Preferred fields include Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or Management.
· 1–3 years of experience in training delivery, training management, or program implementation.
· Experience in skill development, livelihood, or CSR-funded training projects preferred.
· Prior experience with NGOs, training institutes, or development sector organizations will be an added advantage.
· Good communication, facilitation abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office, training,MIS/reporting systems.
· Good understanding of vocational training, employability skills, and the skilling ecosystem.
· Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
