We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Cloud Identity Production Support Engineer to join our Production Services team. This role is in Pittsburgh

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead engineer for and deployment, integration, and support of Identity AI-driven solutions to modernize and optimize IAM systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies with existing identity platforms and core infrastructure.

• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient identity solutions leveraging AI for automation, anomaly detection, and access governance.

• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI tools and methodologies applicable to identity and access management.

• Ensure alignment of AI projects with BNY’s principles, focusing on client obsession, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in AI integration within IAM and infrastructure domains.

• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in identity and access management systems, including technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, app registration and service principal governance.

• Strong background in core infrastructure components (networking, cloud platforms, security frameworks).

• Proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to security and identity challenges.

• Experience with AI frameworks, data pipelines, and automation tools relevant to IAM.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

• Relevant certifications in IAM, cloud, or AI are a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
