Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Blue Prism DevOps on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in the India, Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Blue Prism Platform Administration

  • Deploy and configure new Blue Prism Runtime Resources.
  • Support Blue Prism platform upgrades and releases.
  • Administer Authentication Server, Hub and Interact.
  • Resolve Control Room and runtime-related issues.
  • Manage robot scheduling and integration with CTWO.
  • Configure Digital Workforce capacity.
  • Support application teams during deployments and releases.
  • Manage service accounts, LDAP and Key Vault configurations.

Infrastructure and Database Management

  • Perform server provisioning, configuration and patching.
  • Support SQL Server provisioning, maintenance and index defragmentation.
  • Configure network connectivity between Blue Prism components and external applications.
  • Coordinate firewall and certificate configuration.
  • Support Active Directory integration and RBAC implementation.

Azure DevOps and Automation

  • Deploy services on Azure infrastructure using CLI-based approaches.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform templates for RWS/MWS.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Develop automation scripts for robot start/stop activities.
  • Support infrastructure monitoring and operational improvements.

Backup and Disaster Recovery

  • Implement backup and restore procedures.
  • Support DR solution implementation and testing.
  • Validate platform recovery and failover readiness.
  • Maintain operational documentation and deployment procedures.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Blue Prism platform administration and operational support.
  • Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • SQL Server database administration.
  • Networking, firewall and certificate management.
  • Active Directory, LDAP and authentication integration.
  • Azure infrastructure and deployment experience.
  • Scripting / CLI-based automation.
  • Knowledge of backup, restore and Disaster Recovery.
