Key Responsibilities
- Gather product requirements through user research and field visits.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new product features.
- Translate operational challenges into product solutions.
- Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support feature planning, sprint execution, and product launches.
- Monitor product adoption and key business metrics.
- Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience.
