Key Responsibilities

  • Gather product requirements through user research and field visits.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new product features.
  • Translate operational challenges into product solutions.
  • Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support feature planning, sprint execution, and product launches.
  • Monitor product adoption and key business metrics.
  • Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience.
