We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development and global commercialization of our Commercial Architectural Lighting portfolio.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, Lighting Design, Business, Marketing, or a closely relevant field of study. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of professional experience or equivalent in Product Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, Lighting Design, Architecture, Marketing, Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Documented experience working on academic capstone projects, internships, or product development initiatives.
- Proven ability and willingness to learn LED technologies, controls, drivers, optics, photometric performance, and lighting applications.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, product specifications, competitive information, and product performance data.
- Ability and willingness for up to 20% estimated domestic and international business travel to include manufacturing facilities, trade shows, showrooms, conferences, industry events, field visits, and customer site visits.
- Flexibility for early morning or evening meetings to support international team collaboration, as needed.
What You'll Do
- Support the global roadmap for our Commercial Architectural Lighting product families while mastering regional market differences and global brand alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the global headquarters (Port Washington, NY) based leadership team and other cross-functional teams while supporting global product initiatives.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, sales feedback reviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, market trends, and portfolio gaps.
- Assist in translating market insights into product requirements, performance objectives, and customer-driven feature recommendations.
- Work cross departmentally to support project timelines, product validations, prototype evaluations, documentation reviews, certifications, and launch readiness activities.
- Support lifecycle management activities including product updates, cost-reduction initiatives, line extensions, and end-of-life evaluations.
- Analyze and report on product performance, customer feedback, adoption trends, and market insights to support future roadmap decisions.
- Build proficiency in sustainability frameworks and transparency initiatives including RED List awareness, DECLARE readiness, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) support, and eco-design principles.

- Successfully contribute to on-time product launches and development initiatives.
- Deliver accurate competitive analysis, product research, documentation, and market assessments, according to designated timelines.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
- Effectively contribute to alignment of customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
- Achieve revenue growth, customer satisfaction, portfolio improvement and product adoption initiatives.
