Overview

Join a team supporting critical Trade Operations applications for a leading Financial Services client. This role offers the opportunity to learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement, and integrations with vendors and custodians, while supporting business-critical applications and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Trade Operations technology applications.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and custodians.
• Act as the primary coordinator during production incidents.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong Java and SQL skills.
• Understanding of application support, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have, but must learn on the Job

• AWS.

• JavaScript and/or React.

• Exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets.

Additional information

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
