Position Summary
The Salesforce Senior Administrator will work with a team of cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Account Management and Sales) and manage the technical aspects of the company's Salesforce solution, including custom code, APIs, automation, security, and other components. This individual needs to enjoy working collaboratively and creating repeatable, scalable solutions for a company experiencing continual growth.
Essential Functions
- Serve as a technology lead for Salesforce for the Company, internally and externally
- Collaborate exceptionally well with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and implement repeatable and scalable solutions
- Work with data analytics team members to integrate Salesforce with source databases and data warehouse solutions
- Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
- Follow Salesforce change control processes for both new functionality requests and environment management
- Create and update Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Manage Salesforce user access/security
- Maintain system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements/updates
- Perform other duties as assigned or required; occasional night and weekend work is required

Must possess the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities proportionate to the job's essential functions:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities to prioritize configuration (flows, dynamic forms, validation rules, etc.) when possible vs. coding
- Experience with Salesforce’s Apex programming language, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience leveraging REST API protocols to connect with external systems
- Experience with telephony solutions and their integration with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce alignment to artificial intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce software development lifecycle/change set deployment
- Experience with dynamic document generation, electronic signature, data-quality/deduplication, and other relevant installed applications
- Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification(s)
Education/ Experience:
- Four or more years of experience with Salesforce
- College degree; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position
