💡Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python+React) to join a team developing AI-enabled business applications and services. The project focuses on transforming business ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions, with engineers involved across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support. The environment is primarily backend-focused while also requiring regular frontend development and AI integration into customer-facing products and business workflows.

📈 Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python

• Contribute to frontend development, including React-based applications

• Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment

• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions

• Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Support and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices

• Business level proficiency in the English language – written and verbal.

🔑 Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, including 5+ years of backend development with Python

• 2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support

• Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions

• Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders

• Business level proficiency in the English language – written and verbal.
