About the role
Own a core product area end to end, from understanding customer problems and setting strategy to prioritizing the roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes. Work closely with customers, founders, product leadership, engineering squads, security researchers, and go-to-market teams while prototyping, defining shippable requirements, and mentoring other product managers.
What they look for
Requirements
Requires at least five years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, including end-to-end ownership and experience building in a startup environment. Candidates should have security or a closely related background, strong customer and developer communication skills, daily experience using AI tools, and clear writing; experience with WAFs, cloud platforms, analytics, observability, or early-stage POCs is a plus.

About Huskeys
Huskeys is a Series A startup building Network Edge Security Management (NESM). AI has changed internet traffic. The volume of web threats keeps growing, while security teams stay the same size. Our mission: secure the edge, free the team, protect revenue.
Huskeys is an agentic AI layer above a customer's existing CDNs, WAFs and cloud firewalls. It continuously scans and maps the edge, assesses risk, recommends fixes and rolls them out safely, with the customer in control.
The result: fewer web threats, faster virtual patching, governed agentic AI traffic, and an edge that stays clean and consistent. Less risk, without more headcount.
About the role
Huskeys is defining a new category, and this is a chance to shape the product while it's still taking form.
You'll own a core part of the product end to end: the customer problem, the roadmap for your area and the outcome.
You'll report to the Head of Product.
On an average day you might lead a call with a security leader, take a vague problem and break it into something a squad can ship this cycle, prototype a flow with AI tools, and push back on a request because the data says otherwise.
You won't get a finished spec handed to you. You'll write it.
Your opportunity
- Own a core part of the product. Define what we build and why, what comes first, and what we leave out.
- Be obsessed with customers. Join customer and POC calls, separate what customers need from what they ask for, and bring that truth back into every decision.
- Turn ambiguity into a plan. Take big, unclear problems and break them into small, shippable pieces with clear scope and acceptance criteria.
- Build, not just write. Prototype flows, run analyses and test ideas yourself with AI tools before engineering commits.
- Shape the strategy. Work with the founders and the Head of Product on where the product goes next, not only on what ships next.
- Raise the bar for the team. Mentor PMs and help raise the quality of how we work.
- Lead through change. At a startup, priorities move fast. You keep the team focused on what matters most, say no with a reason, and turn hard moments into momentum.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in product management on a B2B technical product, and you've owned a product end to end, from the first customer problem to measurable results.
- Startup experience. You've built product without a full team or a playbook around you.
- Background in security or a close domain: network security, application security, cloud security or SOC tooling.
- Confidence with customers and with developers. You lead conversations with security leaders in English and work closely with engineers.
- You work with AI tools every day, to prototype, build and analyze.
- Clear writing. Specs that engineers and AI agents can build from.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, AWS WAF, Akamai or Azure WAF.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Products built on logs, analytics or observability data.
- Early-stage design partner or POC experience.
How we work
We work in small squads of engineers and security researchers. AI tools are part of everyone's day, product included.
As a Senior PM, you'll sit at the center, working with customers, the squads, and every go-to-market team: sales, customer success and marketing.
