Full description
This is a remote position.
● Network Infrastructure Operations: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot internal and client-facing network
environments. Ensure high availability, secure routing, and optimal performance across our supported
platforms.
● Technical Sales Operations: Provide hands-on technical support during client sales engagements. Analyze
customer network requirements, answer technical scoping questions, and translate complex product
capabilities to assist the sales team in closing deals.
● Platform Readiness & Execution: Execute a structured technical onboarding roadmap to support our
primary vendor deployments. You will be expected to rapidly obtain JNCIA-Junos and JNCIS-ENT
certifications, followed by the Cisco CCNA.
● Capability Maintenance: Maintain operational readiness and technical proficiency by earning and renewing
at least two major networking certifications (including Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks) as dictated by
evolving business and client needs.
Requirements
● Strong foundational expertise in networking principles and technologies.
● Willingness and ability to study for, take, and pass rigorous technical certification exams (specifically
Juniper and Cisco to start).
● Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to comfortably
interact with clients during sales calls.
● Bonus: Already holding certifications in Juniper, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks is a strong plus, but it is
not required
