Requirements

Requires 4–8 years of professional product design experience with a strong background in B2B SaaS and enterprise products. Proficiency in Figma, user research methodologies, and complex workflow design is essential, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Full description

  • Own

end-to-end product design from customer discovery to product launch and optimization.

  • Translate

customer and business problems into simple, scalable, user-centered experiences.

  • Design UX flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and

high-fidelity UI.

  • Design

complex B2B SaaS, AI, and enterprise workflows with multiple roles, permissions, and states.

  • Create

experiences for AI agents, copilots, conversational AI, and AI-driven workflows.

  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback

analysis.

  • Build

and maintain scalable design systems using reusable components and design patterns.

  • Design data-heavy dashboards, tables, analytics, reports, and visualization

experiences.

  • Use product

analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior data to improve product experiences.

  • Collaborate

closely with Product, Engineering, Founders/Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Work

with engineering on design handoff, implementation, design QA, and accessibility.

  • Contribute

to product strategy, competitive analysis, product growth, and conversion optimization.

  • Lead

design initiatives, conduct design reviews, mentor junior designers, and present design decisions to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–8

years of Product Design experience.

  • Strong

experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise products.

  • Advanced

proficiency in Figma.

  • Strong UX/UI fundamentals, product thinking, and user research.
  • Strong

skills in prototyping, information architecture, and complex workflow design.

  • Experience

with design systems, responsive design, and data-heavy products.

  • Experience

with product analytics and design QA.

  • Strong engineering collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience

or strong interest in AI product design and AI/agentic UX.

  • Experience

with API products, developer tools, cybersecurity/data platforms, or sales automation is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge

of Product-Led Growth, conversion optimization, and A/B testing is preferred.

  • Proficiency

with tools such as Figma/FigJam and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, or Microsoft Clarity.

  • Portfolio

is mandatory, demonstrating real-world product design experience and measurable product outcomes.

  • Bachelor's/Master's

degree in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
