Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will support the design and deployment of digital services by working closely with Product Owners, developers, and operational teams. You will help translate business needs into actionable requirements and support delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate business workshops and document outcomes.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify improvements aligned with business needs.
  • Gather, document and maintain business requirements.
  • Support development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities.
  • Coordinate with technical, operational and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare test plans, execute testing activities and track issues.
  • Support end-user training and adoption of new features and services.
  • Provide post-deployment support and assist with issue resolution.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.

Additional Valued Experience:

  • IT education or training.
  • Knowledge of digital development technologies and practices.
  • Experience with file manipulation, Postman and testing tools.
