What You'll Do
- As a Staff Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and strategy for our data protection portfolio:
- Define and execute product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market opportunities in data protection and business continuity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and drive product adoption
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Champion customer-centric innovation by translating complex requirements into actionable product features
- Drive business results through data-driven decision making, measuring product performance and customer satisfaction
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership, belonging, and high performance
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
