Full description

You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.

Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.

In this role, you'll:

Play a key role in shaping and delivering complex technology initiatives, working across engineering, architecture, cyber security, data, testing and delivery partners to translate business needs into clear, practical technology requirements.

You’ll lead business and technical analysis across initiatives from early discovery and scoping through to implementation, developing requirements, use cases, process models, acceptance criteria and other analysis needed to support successful delivery.

Work closely with architects, engineers, technical specialists and stakeholders to understand systems, data and integration requirements, explore solution options and ensure proposed solutions are practical, fit for purpose and aligned with business needs.

Bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems, identifying dependencies, gaps, risks and impacts, and turning them into clear requirements and actionable work packages for delivery.

Support solutions through architecture, development and testing, helping resolve requirements and design questions and ensuring the delivered capability achieves the intended business outcome. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, helping both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand options, implications and decisions.

This role is fixed-term contract till 31/12/2027 based at our South Eveleigh office. The team regularly collaborates in person through branch all-in days, training, planning workshops, and other team activities.
