As a member of the Accenture Insurance Poland practice, you will work with leading insurance and financial services organizations in Poland and Europe, supporting them in transforming their business models, processes and technology landscape.

Our work spans from strategy advisory and management consulting to technology-enabled transformations, including AI and Generative AI implementation. Our portfolio covers projects across the insurance value chain, including bancassurance and distribution model transformation, new product launches, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process optimization, claims and operations transformation, core insurance system implementations, and AI/GenAI adoption programs.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients design and implement solutions that address business challenges and support successful transformation.

THE WORK

  • Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and definition, business process analysis, process mapping and functional gap analysis.
  • Analyze current-state business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization and transformation.
  • Design new and improved business processes tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop solutions using established methodologies, tools and project assets.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions and support decision-making.
  • Support projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and solution design through implementation and testing.
  • Participate in testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, SIT/UAT support, solution validation and defect management.
  • Support implementation and change activities that prepare organizations and users for new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Prepare and maintain structured project documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Design or other relevant project-related roles.
  • At least basic understanding of the Polish insurance market, including key trends, insurance products and business processes.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and fundamentals of test management.
  • Experience in business process analysis and process design.
  • Understanding of project management and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective cooperation with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with commonly used project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Professional working proficiency in Polish and English at C1 level or above.
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field of studies.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Previous professional experience in the insurance sector.
  • Hands-on experience with insurance core systems or popular back-office platforms.
  • Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge or practical experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design.
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization.
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI or Generative AI solutions.

  • Headquarter in Warsaw.
  • Hybrid type of work with 2–3 office days per week
  • The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.
