Position Overview

Cloud SynApps is seeking passionate and motivated Salesforce Trainees to join our growing team in Indore. As part of our dynamic and agile development environment, you will collaborate with experienced developers, architects, and analysts to design, develop, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who aspire to build a strong foundation in Salesforce and cloud technologies through hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and analysts to solve business problems and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Apply technical knowledge to design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical support by identifying, debugging, and resolving software issues.
  • Work within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, SFDX, and related tools.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Explore and share insights on software development standards and best practices with the team.
  • Continuously learn, experiment, and grow as a Salesforce developer to advance your career at Cloud SynApps.

Qualifications & Skills

Non-Technical Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate challenges and propose effective solutions and a proactive, confident, and team-oriented attitude.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (Java, C++, or C#).
  • Familiarity with Git version control, including branching and CI/CD fundamentals and knowledge of relational databases and scripting languages (SQL, T-SQL, SOQL).
  • Basic understanding of functional programming is an advantage, and exposure to Salesforce or cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Genuine interest in learning and building a career within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Education

  • BE/B.Tech (Computer Science or IT) from a recognised institution.
  • Must have completed final examinations and be available to join by June 2027.

Location: Indore, India Work Model: Work from Office (5 days a week, mandatory) Start Date: Internship- Jan 2027 and Full-time- June 2027 (On Satisfactory completion of Internship) Training Period: 6-8 months Commitment: 2-year employment agreement
