The role

      How you'll make impact

• Feature Implementation & Engineering Execution: You will design, build, and deliver high-quality, maintainable Flutter applications, translating technical requirements into clean, scalable code. 

• Code Quality & Best Practices: You will participate in thorough peer code reviews, adhere to established architectural patterns and linting rules, and help enforce high engineering standards across the mobile codebase. 

• Testing & Testability: You will write clean, testable code and develop comprehensive automated test suites (unit, widget, and integration tests) to ensure application stability and performance. 

Integration & Low-Level Interfaces: You will collaborate on integration boundaries, bridging Flutter app logic with native platform components and hardware/low-level services. 

• Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to refining team workflows, identifying areas to reduce technical debt, and helping onboard or support peer developers. 

        

What is important to us

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 

• Experience & Stack: 

- Experience: 5+ years in mobile application development, with strong production experience delivering Flutter applications. 

- Flutter Expertise (Must-Have): Deep hands-on proficiency with Flutter and Dart, including modern state management patterns, app architecture, and performance optimisation.

- Native Foundations: Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) to handle native plugins and platform integrations. 

• Testing: Solid experience writing Flutter test suites (unit, widget, and integration testing). 

• CI/CD: Practical experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (e.g., GitHub Actions). 

• Problem-Solving & Work Ethic: Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to picking up tasks and writing reliable code. 

• Communication: Fluent in English with strong collaboration skills to work effectively within an agile squad setup. 

• Nice-to-have: Experience or interest in hardware communications like BLE or NFC.
