This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Orem, UT office.

What you'll do:

  • Support the maintenance and reliability of CI/CD pipelines and production infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues alongside senior engineers
  • Build automation scripts to reduce manual work and speed up deployments
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process
  • Help maintain security best practices across infrastructure
  • Support configuration management and version control workflows
  • Learn new tools and technologies as our infrastructure evolves
  • Leverage AI as a tool to help troubleshooting, scripting, and day-to-day tasks

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or infrastructure-related work
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment
  • Familiar with Git and version control practices
  • Some exposure to CI/CD tools and containerization
  • Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Experience with metrics and reporting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach when priorities shift
  • Curiosity and drive to keep learning new technical skills
