Job Description

• The role involves building and maintaining trading and financial market applications, collaborating with global teams, and leveraging technologies such as AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, React, Kafka, CI/CD, and AI/ML integrations. Experience in capital markets or prime brokerage is a plus. An Associate - Lead Software Engineer/Tech Lead for its Global Markets Technology team, requiring 5-8 years of experience in enterprise Java development, with strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, SQL, microservices, and software architectureDevelop, test, and implement Java-based software applications; • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Java systems; • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions; • Enhance application performance and optimize code for scalability; • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. • Develop, test, and implement Java-based software applications; • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Java systems; • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions; • Enhance application performance and optimize code for scalability; • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
