Requirements

Requires 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience in FinTech and payment systems. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and database technologies.

Full description

  • Develop, test, and maintain Java applications with an emphasis on APIs and Web Services.
  • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and

implements software

  • Troubleshoots production problems related

to software applications

  • Researches, tests, builds, and

coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements

  • Designs and develops new software

products or major enhancements to existing software

  • Addresses problems of systems

integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms

  • Consults with project teams and end users

to identify application requirements

  • Performs feasibility analysis on

potential future projects to management

  • Assists in the evaluation and

recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.

  • Resolves problems with software and

responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements

  • Act as team leader on projects
  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks

the work of other software developers on development team

  • Participates in

development of software user manuals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development in FinTech & Payment Systems
  • Solid knowledge of JPA.
  • Graduate of Computer

Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with SOAP/REST web services.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
  • Exposure to Spring Boot is a big plus.
  • Hands

on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms

  • Object

Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

  • Profound

insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading memory management, Transaction Management etc.)

  • Excellent

knowledge of relational databases, SQL, oracle and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

  • Experience

in Spring Boot Framework

  • Experience

in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Angular 8)
