Full description
What would you do?
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Core Logistics products and capabilities used by the world's leading grocery chains.
- Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product opportunities — defining precise requirements that engineering teams can build on without ambiguity.
- Lead product initiatives at the core of our business — from discovery and problem definition through execution, launch, and iteration — covering picking, delivery, routing, capacity management, task scheduling, and more.
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand system constraints and technical tradeoffs — and use that understanding to make better product decisions, write clearer requirements, and prioritize more effectively.
- Communicate product vision, decisions, and technical context clearly to both engineering and business audiences — bridging the gap between both worlds.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders — making explicit tradeoffs, saying no when needed, and keeping everyone aligned on what matters most and why.
- Use data and SQL to identify opportunities, measure product performance, and drive prioritization.
- Identify AI use cases applicable to logistics and operations (routing optimization, demand forecasting, task automation) and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Take a hands-on approach to identifying blockers and moving initiatives forward.
🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, operating at a senior level.
- Deep familiarity with how backend systems work and how they power the experiences that users see — you understand APIs, async processes, data pipelines, and system integrations, and you think about backend capabilities in terms of the frontend experiences and business outcomes they enable.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams on technically complex products.
- A proven track record of using Artificial Intelligence in product development and/or as part of your working methodology, with concrete use cases you can share.
- Experience with SQL and data-driven decision-making as part of your day-to-day workflow.
- Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong exposure to complex operational or technical environments such as logistics, e-commerce, retail, fintech, payments, or similar industries.
- Experience with optimization, scheduling, routing, picking, task assignment, or resource allocation is a strong plus.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or another analytical field is preferred, but we value analytical thinking and relevant experience over a specific academic background.
🚀 Your SuperPowers
- AI-Native — You don't just use AI as a tool. You actively find ways to embed it into how you build products and how you work every day.
- Ownership & Drive — You don't wait for things to happen. You identify opportunities, remove blockers, and move teams forward — without needing to be asked.
- Technical Bridge — You naturally connect backend complexity with frontend experiences and business outcomes. Engineering trusts you because you speak their language; business trusts you because you translate that complexity into decisions that make sense.
- Logistics Domain Authority — You become the go-to reference for logistics products across the organization. You don't just know your domain — you advise, you challenge, and you shape how the company thinks about logistics problems.
- Ruthless Prioritization — You don't just say no. You make decisions with data, with impact estimates, and with a clear alternative. Leaders trust your prioritization because you've done the work to justify it.
- Elevate the Bar — You make the PMs around you better. Through informal reviews and high standards, you raise the quality of product thinking across the team — not just in your own work.
- Communication — You can explain a complex system constraint to a VP and a detailed integration requirement to a backend engineer on the same day.
