Min Experience: 7+ years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, Pune, Gurgaon, Haryana, India JobType: full-time
Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, and PowerApps, including practical exposure to BI engineering projects
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders 2. Build and optimize Analysis Services reporting models, ensuring compatibility with data warehouse standards and supporting both tabular and multidimensional models 3. Connect to diverse data sources, import and transform data for business intelligence, and implement advanced calculations using DAX to enhance reporting accuracy 4. Architect reporting solutions based on client requirements, translating wireframes and requirement documents into scalable analytics solutions 5. Implement and manage row-level security, integrating analytics with data governance, quality, and security platforms to ensure compliance and data protection 6. Optimize dashboard and query performance to efficiently handle large and multiple datasets, ensuring timely delivery of analytics outputs 7. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design impactful visualizations, leveraging Power BI product capabilities for enhanced user experience 8. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges, deliver tailored analytics solutions, and ensure high-quality client outputs
Required Skills: 1. Power BI Desktop, Power BI Premium, Power BI Server, and Power BI Services 2. SQL and query performance tuning 3. DAX for advanced calculations 4. Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) 5. Data modeling for BI and ETL development 6. Row-level security implementation in Power BI 7. Connecting, importing, and transforming data from multiple sources 8. Multidimensional and relational database design 9. PowerApps and Power Automate
Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in supply chain domain analytics 2. Azure Synapse and MS SQL DB 3. Data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large distributed datasets 4. Leading large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects 5. Python for data analysis and exploratory data analysis
Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline 2. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) 3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent certification in SQL/Business Intelligence
