Position Summary

We are looking for a IT Business Partner / Project Manager to support business functions and manufacturing sites in driving IT initiatives, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects. This role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders, site operations, IT solution teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors. The ideal candidate should have solid ERP knowledge, strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance IT domains, and proven experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and site IT support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary IT contact for business functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and site operations.
  • Understand business needs, pain points, and priorities, and translate them into clear IT requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, site leadership, global IT teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Support business change management, user communication, training coordination, and post-go-live adoption.

2. Project Management

  • Lead or coordinate IT projects from demand intake, requirement clarification, solution design, delivery, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Define project scope, timeline, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project progress, track issues, coordinate mitigation actions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project delivery follows IT governance, change management, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, vendors, and global/regional teams to drive successful delivery.

3. ERP & Application Implementation and Support

  • Support ERP-related initiatives, enhancements, integration topics, and process improvements.
  • Work with business users to analyze ERP process gaps and propose practical solutions.
  • Understand key ERP modules and end-to-end process flows across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and manufacturing-related operations.
  • Support system testing, UAT coordination, issue analysis, and production support for ERP and related business applications.
  • Collaborate with solution teams to ensure application changes are aligned with business process and technical standards.

4. Supply Chain, Procurement & Finance IT Domain Support

  • Support IT topics related to supply planning, procurement processes, order management, purchase orders, inventory, logistics, invoice verification, and finance integration.
  • Understand cross-functional process dependencies between Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives.
  • Coordinate issue resolution for business-critical processes and ensure smooth daily operations.

5. Site IT & Operations Support

  • Work closely with site business teams and local IT teams to support plant-level IT needs.
  • Understand site operations, production environment, local application landscape, infrastructure dependencies, and business continuity requirements.
  • Support site-specific IT projects, system rollouts, infrastructure changes, and operational stabilization activities.
  • Coordinate between application teams and infrastructure/service desk teams to ensure reliable IT service delivery.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation related to site IT operations, system availability, and business continuity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of solid experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager, ERP Consultant, Application Lead, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance IT processes.
  • Experience managing IT projects across requirement analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with manufacturing sites or plant IT environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with both business and technical teams in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  • Good command of English;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or other manufacturing ERP platforms.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or plant operations IT.
  • Familiarity with MES, WMS, EDI, reporting tools, workflow systems, or system integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, change management, project governance, and business process improvement.
  • PMP, Agile, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
