Salary: Php 50,000 to Php 60,000/monthly

Working Hours & Conditions: AU Working Hours and Holidays

Employment: Full Time - Independent Contractor

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company is a modern digital marketing and creative agency dedicated to driving measurable growth for diverse client brands. We specialize in high-impact campaigns across organic and paid channels, transforming ambitious brand narratives into thumb-stopping visual assets that capture attention, build trust, and convert audiences.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an agile, multidisciplinary Video Editor & Graphic Designer to spearhead the production of high-converting visual creative across our portfolio of client campaigns.

In this dual-focus role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and direct-response performance. You will translate raw footage, user-generated content (UGC), brand assets, and creative briefs into polished, platform-native video and static content designed for paid advertising, organic social, websites, and brand ecosystems.

Responsibilities• Short-Form Video Production: Edit high-retention video content optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reels, Stories, and emerging short-form channels.

  • Direct-Response & UGC Editing: Transform raw client footage, customer testimonials, and creator-led content into compelling direct-response video ads.
  • Post-Production Finishing: Integrate pacing-driven cuts, dynamic captions/subtitles, sound design (SFX/music mixing), color grading, and foundational motion graphics.
  • Static Asset & Web Design: Design high-converting static ad creatives, carousels, digital display banners, and visually engaging assets for websites and blogs.
  • Brand Identity & Systems: Execute end-to-end client rebrands following strict brand guidelines, or architect complete visual identity systems and brand guidelines from the ground up for new clients.
  • Creative Iteration & Testing: Build dynamic variations of hooks, visual treatments, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to support structured creative split-testing.
  • Asset Adaptation: Reformat and scale master assets across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and placement specs without compromising brand integrity.
  • Performance Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing strategists and media buyers to analyze campaign metrics and iterate creatives based on real-time ROAS/CTR data.
  • Asset & Workflow Management: Maintain strict naming conventions, organized master project files, and revision cycles across multiple concurrent client accounts under tight deadlines.
  • Asset Rights & Compliance: Ensure all final creative adheres to client permissions, usage rights, and licensed media standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Short-Form Video Production: Edit high-retention video content optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reels, Stories, and emerging short-form channels.
  • Direct-Response & UGC Editing: Transform raw client footage, customer testimonials, and creator-led content into compelling direct-response video ads.
  • Post-Production Finishing: Integrate pacing-driven cuts, dynamic captions/subtitles, sound design (SFX/music mixing), color grading, and foundational motion graphics.
  • Static Asset & Web Design: Design high-converting static ad creatives, carousels, digital display banners, and visually engaging assets for websites and blogs.
  • Brand Identity & Systems: Execute end-to-end client rebrands following strict brand guidelines, or architect complete visual identity systems and brand guidelines from the ground up for new clients.
  • Creative Iteration & Testing: Build dynamic variations of hooks, visual treatments, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to support structured creative split-testing.
  • Asset Adaptation: Reformat and scale master assets across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and placement specs without compromising brand integrity.
  • Performance Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing strategists and media buyers to analyze campaign metrics and iterate creatives based on real-time ROAS/CTR data.
  • Asset & Workflow Management: Maintain strict naming conventions, organized master project files, and revision cycles across multiple concurrent client accounts under tight deadlines.
  • Asset Rights & Compliance: Ensure all final creative adheres to client permissions, usage rights, and licensed media standards.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience across video editing and graphic design within a performance marketing, creative agency, or brand environment.
  • Demonstrated Work: A robust, accessible portfolio showcasing both dynamic video editing (particularly direct-response social ads) and high-tier static graphic design.
  • Core Video Stack: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional NLE suites.
  • Core Design Stack: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Creative Fundamentals: Solid command of visual storytelling, hook optimization, frame composition, typographic hierarchy, color theory, and audio pacing.
  • Communication & Precision: Professional-level written and spoken English, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to autonomously interpret complex creative briefs.
  • Project Execution: Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage revision feedback loops gracefully, and hit firm delivery milestones.
  • Remote Infrastructure: A fully functional, stable remote workspace equipped with high-speed internet and hardware capable of handling high-resolution rendering pipelines.

Preferred• Prior experience collaborating with Australian digital marketing agencies or international client accounts.

  • Familiarity with direct-response creative frameworks and performance marketing analytics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA).
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects).
  • Workflow proficiency in auxiliary tools such as CapCut and Canva for rapid asset generation.
  • Niche experience in specific agency verticals (e.g., e-commerce, B2B SaaS, or professional services).

What You’ll Bring• A Growth-Minded Creative Eye: You design not just for aesthetics, but for measurable business outcomes and viewer action.

  • Resourcefulness & Speed: The instinct to take bare-bones briefs or raw footage and rapidly produce compelling, polished deliverables.
  • Meticulous Craftsmanship: Pride in clean typography, frame-accurate cuts, crisp audio mastering, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborative Resilience: An open, ego-free approach to receiving data-driven feedback, client revisions, and strategic pivots.
