About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering technical manuals, maintaining the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) portal, and coordinating with engineering teams for service BOM readiness. They also manage part technical queries, handle price settlements for parts, and communicate part changes to the field team.

Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical engineering with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge in ICE and EV vehicles, along with proficiency in EPC authoring and illustration software, is required.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Delivering Technical Manuals for new launches: Delivery of vehicle documentation (Electronic Parts Catalogue).
- Address Part Technical queries from dealers. Maintain the EPC Portal for current and new products.
- Identifying serviceable parts with system engineer, coordinating with design engineers for service BOM creation and readiness, post that upload in EPC portal.
- Coordination with multiple stake holder for price settlement of i.e. Basic Part Cost, Packaging Cost and Transportation Cost.
- Prepare and release part change information communication to the field team
- Should be technically strong in Automobile (ICE & EV) with hands on experience
- Coordinate with Engineering Team on ECN release and approval by putting across Service/ Customer Care requirements
- Multi-task handling & Usage of Latest Technology e.g AI.
Education Qualification
B.E / B. Tech (preferred-Automobile / Mechanical)
Or
Diploma (preferred-Automobile / Mechanical) with 4-5 years experience in Automobiles / EV’s
