Java AWS Full Stack Lead

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and full-stack application development.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, API design, application security, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong database knowledge with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and SQL query optimization.

• Experience leading development teams, assigning work, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and ensuring delivery quality.

• Strong experience coordinating with QA, BSA, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, sprint planning, backlog management, release management, and production support.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack application development and enterprise application delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, databases, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery for complex business-critical initiatives.

• Experience managing work assignments, coordinating across teams, and driving end-to-end application delivery.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
