PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking a Procurement Business Analyst for the Banking Sector on a 1-year contract, to support procurement reporting, data analysis, and transformation initiatives within a leading financial institution, with strong potential for contract renewal based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:• Support the preparation of analyses, reports, and KPIs for Procurement, Demand Management, Operational Procurement, and senior management.
- Collect, process, and analyze procurement-related data to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Participate in the collection and documentation of business requirements and project specifications for Procurement-related initiatives.
- Support the implementation of a new Sourcing / Procurement Tool and the transition from the existing SAP SRM environment.
- Contribute to the redesign of existing reports and their integration with new data sources.
- Support Project Management / PMO activities, including project monitoring, action tracking, coordination, and progress reporting.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing activities related to new systems, tools, and functionalities.
- Support initiatives related to Supplier Performance and Supplier Risk Assessment.
- Collaborate with Procurement teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in Consulting, Business Analysis, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related analytical role.
- Good understanding of the Procurement / Purchasing lifecycle and processes.
- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively with business data.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain / Procurement, Business Analytics, Operational or Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Previous involvement in Procurement or Supply Chain projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI and experience in developing reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with SAP systems (FI/BW/SRM) or other Procurement / Sourcing platforms.
- Exposure to business requirements gathering, UAT, system implementation, or transformation projects.
- Previous experience within a consulting environment.
