Are you a digitally savvy Graphic Designer with a passion for health, fitness, and social media? Crunch Fitness is looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to create engaging content across digital, social, print, and in-club experiences.
This role is responsible for designing marketing campaigns, social content, digital advertising, emails, in-club collateral, and print materials while maintaining the Crunch brand's bold personality and visual identity. You'll work closely with the Creative team to concept, execute, and adapt creative across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on building scalable templates within our creative automation platform, Storyteq, allowing campaigns to be efficiently localized across our franchise network.
We're looking for someone who lives in the digital space, stays on top of emerging design and social media trends, and understands how to create content that performs across today's marketing landscape while remaining unmistakably Crunch.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Creative Production
- Design marketing assets across digital, social, and email, with a smaller concentration of print, out-of-home, and in-club environments.
- Create engaging social-first creative that feels current, platform-appropriate, and optimized for performance.
- Adapt campaigns into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare files for production across both digital and print channels.
Storyteq & Template Systems
- Build and maintain editable Storyteq templates that allow franchisees to customize creative while protecting brand standards.
Cross-Functional Execution & Brand Standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Digital, and cross-functional partners to execute integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-volume creative environment.
- Maintain Crunch brand standards across every customer touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of digital design, social media creative, and performance marketing.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, display advertising, email, and web.
- Experience creating scalable design systems or working with creative automation platforms such as Storyteq, Bannerflow, Celtra, Smartly, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance speed with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passion for design, fitness, and emerging creative trends.

Creative Production
- Quality, brand consistency, and craft of design assets across digital, social, email, print, and in-club channels.
- Turnaround time and volume of assets delivered against creative briefs and campaign deadlines.
- Files delivered production-ready with correct specs for both digital and print output.
Storyteq & Template Systems
- Adoption and usability of Storyteq templates by franchisees, measured by templates in active use and volume of franchisee support requests.
- Brand-standard compliance of templates that allow franchisee customization within approved guardrails.
Cross-Functional Execution & Brand Standards
- On-time delivery of assets across concurrent projects without missed deadlines.
- Brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, evaluated through periodic brand audits.
- Quality of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction with Creative's responsiveness.
