Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager
Your responsibilities will entail:
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects and service engagements;
- Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met;
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors to drive project success;
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders through regular meetings, status updates, and reporting;
- Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when necessary;
- Support project planning activities, including schedules, resource allocation, workload management, and forecasting;
- Track project budgets, effort consumption, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance;
- Coordinate consultant onboarding, offboarding, and staffing activities for projects and service contracts;
- Monitor timesheet submissions and effort reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with project and contractual requirements;
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates to management and customers;
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and governance records;
- Organize and support project governance activities, including status meetings, steering committees, service reviews, and working groups;
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, customer expectations, and project execution;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, project delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
- Αctively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
- 4-7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, or service delivery roles;
- Experience managing or supporting IT, consulting, digital transformation, or service delivery projects;
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PM², PMI, PRINCE2, or similar frameworks;
- Experience with project planning, resource management, risk management, budgeting, and reporting;
- Familiarity with Times & Materials (T&M), Fixed Price, or Managed Services delivery models;
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams;
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships;
- Experience within the banking, financial services, public sector, or consulting environment will be considered an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and verbal).
